By accessing or using the services provided by ORIAGON LLC ("ORIAGON," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website oriagon.com and any software products such as LogosLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ORIAGON develops and operates software products designed to improve professional workflows. Our current flagship product, LogosLive, provides real-time bidirectional voice translation for video calls on Windows. We may offer additional products and services in the future.

3. Account Registration

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are described within each product's specific terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe upon the rights of others; transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our software; or use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by ORIAGON LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as Deepgram, Groq, Google Cloud, Stripe, and Supabase). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. ORIAGON is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Translation accuracy may vary depending on language pairs, audio quality, and network conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORIAGON LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORIAGON LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
